Fralin & Waldron was founded in 1962 by the late Elbert H. Waldron and Horace G. Fralin. They led Fralin & Waldron through many stages of growth and nurtured the company into one of the largest real estate development companies in the Southeastern United States.

In 2002, Fralin & Waldron, Inc. opened a Richmond office operating as Waldron Homes, LLC. We created a strong presence in the Richmond market by offering over 40 years of building experience from the onset. Waldron Homes, LLC has experienced steady and solid growth as indicated by the positive testimonials received from our satisfied client list.

Today, Fralin & Waldron, Inc. is owned and led by Karen H. Waldron, Chief Executive Officer, and managed by Andrew C. Kelderhouse, President. The company is recognized as an innovative leader in state of the art projects including the recently announced Daleville Town Center of Botetourt County. This is a Traditional Neighborhood Development project, the first of its kind in Southwest Virginia.
